
Pole Technique
This class focuses on pole techniques while developing a flow combination over the month. Students will be trained on both the rotating and static pole.
Exotic
This class focuses on using the pole as a prop to perform sensual movements, more fluid, and often provocative. Explores your sexy side. Exotic high heels is required.
Floor & Pole Flow
The focus is on creativity, grace, mastery of movement and contact of multiple parts of the body with the floor. Shoes are recommended, but not required.
Twerk & Whine
Sexually suggestive dancing in a very sensual way typically by thrusting or shaking the buttocks and hips while in a squatting or bent-over position in a rhythmic pattern.
Lyra Hoop
This class will help you build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body. It's a fantastic way to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility, balance.
Aerial Hammock
This class focuses on aerial silk techniques and cradle the body for free-flowing moves. It supports the body’s core strength in gravity-defying workout routines.
Conditioning &
Strengthening
This class focuses on developing core fitness and strength to improve physique and overall body health. It is highly recommend to join this class as a foundation to support performance in all other classes.
Stretching & Flex
This class focuses on stretching all bodily muscles. Best results are seen when taken together with Conditioning classes. Also recommended after every Pole Technique/ Handstand/ Lyra Hoop and Aerial Hammock class.
Handstand & Balancing
This class focuses on balancing the body in different poses on your hands while giving you the benefits of increased circulation and lymph flow. It is designed to complement Exotic, Static Pole and Yoga.
Relaxation & Healing
Open up the space for our members to relieve stress, heal the mind and relax the body every last Sunday afternoon of each month. Holistic ambiance is manifested with candle light, meditation music and aromatherapy.
