Please note that availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend booking your sessions in advance whenever possible to ensure you can attend the classes you want.
  • Why are some parts of the website not translated into English?
    At the moment, some of the apps we use on our website are not fully compatible with English translations. These include the Booking App which consists of the Calendar (displayed on the Schedule page), Fill out details (displayed during the Booking progress), and My Bookings (a function in Member Account). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working to update these parts of the website as soon as possible.
  • I am unable to update my personal information, such as my phone number and name, in my account. What should I do?
    If you encounter an error while attempting to update your personal information, we recommend trying the following steps: • Refresh the page on which you are attempting to update your information. • Log out of your account, then sign in again and try once more. If these steps do not resolve the issue and you are still unable to update your personal information, please contact us directly for assistance. Our team will be happy to help you resolve the issue so that you can update your information as needed.
  • How can I stop receiving email notifications every time I book a new session?
    If you wish to stop receiving email notifications for new session bookings, you can unsubscribe from these notifications by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email notification you received. This will cancel your notification subscription and you will no longer receive email notifications for new session bookings.
  • How can I follow the session I have booked?
    To follow the session you have booked, please follow these steps: Log into your account at pdpole.studio. Go to the My Bookings section of your account. In this section, you will see all of the services and sessions you have booked. Look for the session you would like to follow and click on it to view the details. If you have any issues or questions about accessing your booked session, please don't hesitate to contact us directly for support.
  • I paid for a subscription via bank transfer, but I have not yet received a confirmation. What should I do?
    If you have made a payment for a subscription via bank transfer and have not yet received a confirmation, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for us to process your payment and send the confirmation. However, if you require faster support and confirmation, please contact us directly after making your payment. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide a confirmation as soon as possible.
  • Can I cancel a session I have booked and change it to another date?
    Yes, it is possible to cancel a session you have booked and reschedule it for another date. To do so, please log in to your account and follow these steps: Select "My Bookings" from your account dashboard. Find the service or session you want to cancel and select it. On the details page, you should see options to Reschedule (Lên lịch lại) or Cancel (Hủy) the session. Select the appropriate option. If you choose to cancel, the session will be refunded to your account. You will not lose any membership benefits. You can check the refund information in both "My Bookings" and "My Subscriptions" sections of your account. If you have any issues or questions about canceling and rescheduling your booked session, please contact us directly for assistance.
  • How to register online for sessions?
    Before registering online for a class, please make sure of the following: You have a paid membership account or a subscription that includes access to the classes. Your Paid Package has been activated. To register for a class online, follow these steps: Log in to your account on the website pdpole.studio Visit the Schedule page and select the class you want to register for. Check the session information in the Service Details section. Your Purchased Package information will be displayed in the Payment Details section. If you have multiple packages, please select the one you want to use to pay for the registered session. Once you have selected your package, click on the Book now button to confirm your registration.   • What does "Registration closed" mean?
    Registration closed means that online booking for a particular class or session has ended. Typically, online booking is closed 2 hours before the class starts, and after that time, members will not be able to book online for that class.
  • How many students are in a class?
    Group classes typically have a range of 10-16 students. For more information about our classes, please click here
  • Will I receive a refund if PDPS cancels a session?
    Please check the details of the cancellation at My Services in your Member account. If you have a Sessions Package, you will be refunded for the number of sessions that were cancelled. If you have a Class Package, your subscription will be extended with a number of sessions corresponding to the number of cancelled sessions.
  • I registered successfully for a session, but it got cancelled. Why did this happen?
    There are several reasons why a session may be cancelled, including: The instructor experiences a health issue. There is a technical problem that needs to be resolved. The class does not meet the minimum number of required students. In each specific case, we will notify affected students of the cancellation and ensure that they receive the appropriate benefits.
  • What is a self-practice session and is it safe?
    A self-practice session is a designated time where you can use our studio to practice on your own. All packages include unlimited self-practice sessions, which are completely free. You can find information about self-practice sessions and register for them here. Please note that during self-practice sessions, there will not be an instructor present to provide instruction. However, if you need assistance with setting up or using equipment, our staff will be happy to help you. We strive to maintain a safe environment in our studio and ask that all members adhere to our safety guidelines while using the facilities.
  • What is the difference between the Session Package and the Class Package?
  • Can I take pictures or videos of other members or instructors/staff?
    Please obtain permission from staff/instructors/other members before taking photos or videos.
  • Do I need to fill out a health declaration when registering for membership at PD Premium Studio?
    Yes, a health declaration is required as part of the membership registration process at PD Premium Studio. This information is important for us to understand your health condition and provide you with the most suitable exercise plan. Please be sure to fill out the health declaration completely and accurately to ensure that we have all of the necessary information to provide you with safe and effective training.

  • Can I use my purchased package to register for sessions on behalf of someone else?
    No, you can only use your own account to purchase a subscription and register for sessions. Please do not share your subscription or account with others. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, and we do not apply our refund policy or allow package transfers in these cases.
  • Are cigarettes or e-cigarettes allowed at PD Premium Studio?
    No, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited at PD Premium Studio. Alcoholic beverages are also not allowed. Please refer to our Rules for more information.
  • Are pets allowed in PD Premium Studio?
    No, pets are not allowed in our facility. We do not provide any pet services. Please refer to our Rules for more information.
  • Does the building where PD Premium Studio is located comply with fire safety regulations?
    Yes, each floor of the building is equipped with a smoke alarm system, emergency stairs, and fire extinguishers to comply with fire safety regulations.
  • I am concerned about cleanliness. Is PD Premium Studio regularly cleaned?
    Yes, PD Premium Studio is regularly cleaned by our staff according to the following standards: Wood floors are vacuumed and cleaned at least four times a day. Mats and poles are cleaned daily. Sofas are vacuumed and cleaned before and after every class hour. Porcelain cups are washed after each use. Corridors are vacuumed and cleaned at least four times a day. Restrooms are cleaned at least twice a day. Please use the provided slippers when using the restroom. We prioritize maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for all of our members.
  • Does PD Premium Studio have a changing room?
    Our restroom is also utilized as a changing room. Please use the slippers provided to enter the restroom.
  • Can my friends come and watch me practice at PD Premium Studio?
    Yes, members can invite friends to watch them during self-practice time or studio rental hours, but they must inform PD Premium Studio in advance and provide the number of guests. Please note that this policy does not apply to group classes, and non-members are not allowed to attend classes in any way.
  • Is eating allowed at PD Premium Studio?

    No, we require students to use Exotic High Heels for Exotic/Floor & Pole Flow classes. This is essential to ensure the technicality and safety of our students. Exotic High Heels have specific features that help with stability, balance, and grip, which are important for executing the moves correctly and preventing injuries. Therefore, we strongly advise against using casual high heels for these classes.
  • What should I wear to attend a class?
    The appropriate attire for each class may vary. Please refer to the list of Classes for more information about suitable clothes. Here are some general guidelines: For pole classes, we recommend wearing a bikini with elastic and good crotch coverage, along with underwear for personal hygiene. The material should be absorbent to help manage sweat. For classes such as Loops (Lyra), Hammock, Conditioning (Fitness), Stretching, and Handstand, we recommend wearing stretchy sportswear to cover and absorb sweat.
  • Can I use body lotion before joining a class?
    No, we ask that you do not use body lotion or sunscreen before attending our classes. This is to ensure the safety of our students and to prevent slipping on the pole or floor. We recommend cleaning your body before attending class to ensure the best possible grip and to avoid any accidents.
  • Is there an age or gender restriction for classes at PD Premium Studio?
    No, there is no age or gender restriction for our classes. We welcome individuals of all genders and ages to join our studio. However, please note that the registration age for our classes is 6 years old and above for our kid's classes, and 16 years old and above for our adult classes. Children who wish to participate in adult classes will need parental permission.
  • Can I use all equipment during my rental hours?
    Yes, you are welcome to use all of the equipment available during your rental period. Please refer to our Amenities and Facilities list for more information about the equipment available in our studio.

    Currently, PD Premium Studio has only one location at 203, Lac Long Quan Street, Tay Ho, Hanoi. We do not have any other branches or locations using our brand name. If you come across any other locations using our name, please be aware that they are not affiliated with us and are likely fake.
